Answer: Yes your item was shipped, some items do come separate from others.

Answer: Tracking information can take 1-2 weeks to obtain.

How long does items take to process orders?

I don't like my item can I return it?

Answer: Yes items can be EXCHANGED only.

I haven't received my item can you refund my money?

Answer: Once order is placed items are processed 1-2 days later. During this period, there are no refunds. Please be patient item is on the way. If item is not received after business day 26 please contact us.
